Play a key role in the improvement and innovation of IT solutions within a dynamic agile team delivering high-quality services across key data domains. Contribute to major European initiatives such as SCAILED, supporting responsible AI in the biotech sector, and EuropeAI focused on developing sovereign and trustworthy Generative AI solutions for public administrations. Support the delivery of scalable, compliant, and impactful digital solutions in a multi-stakeholder European environment.
You will be part of the Technology team, working in close collaboration with data specialists, AI experts, and governance teams, contributing to projects related to AI, data governance, and digital public infrastructure.

What you will do
- Contribute to implementing and maintaining tools at the European and national levels as part of the DevOps team.
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code, designing, building, and maintaining scalable and efficient CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security using privacy- and security-by-design principles.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and service-related issues.
- Contribute to the documentation of architecture, configuration, and deployment procedures.
- Support coordination with stakeholders and help provide technical assistance across the project.
- Participate in European collaborations and travel occasionally for joint activities.
Who you are
- MSc in a scientific, technological, or engineering discipline related to computer science, information technology, or computing.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience with programming, deployment, and maintenance of web applications, as well as Linux systems and web servers’ administration.
- Basic knowledge of computer security threats and methods of their prevention.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab platforms.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Podman) and provisioning tools (Ansible).
- First experience with system administration Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows machines
- Basic knowledge in shell/bash.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the abilities to well articulate the technical needs and to work within an interdisciplinary setting and communicate with external partners.
- Creative, solution oriented with good analytical skills and a mindset for quality.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of one of Luxembourg’s official languages (French, German or Luxembourgish) is a plus.
- Analytical thinker, adaptive, and comfortable in interdisciplinary teams.
- Culturally aware, solution-oriented, autonomous, and quality-driven.
